Firm Rules
Evaluation & Copy Trading Rules
Multiple Evaluations can be taken simultaneously, but copy trading between Evaluation accounts is prohibited. Each Evaluation must be passed individually.
Copy trading is allowed only between Funded Accounts.
Copy trading between multiple Evaluation accounts is not allowed.
Copy trading from a Lark Funded Account to a single Lark Evaluation Account is allowed.
Trading Activity & Inactivity Rules
Traders must execute at least one trade every 30 days to prevent account inactivity and breach.
Zero minimum trading days required.
Unlimited trading days (no time limit to complete the Evaluation).
Profit & Risk Management Rules
Trades executed at similar times or partially closed count as a single trade.
Daily gains exceeding $10,000 (calculated at 5 PM EST) trigger the following actions:
Challenge Accounts: One violation results in restarting Phase 1 with no refund but a free Evaluation.
Simulated Funded Accounts: Gains above $10,000 are excluded from payouts. Three violations lead to an account breach with no payout.

Risk management and trade management EAs are allowed.
