Firm Rules

Minimum Profitable Days

• You are required to have at least 3 minimum profitable days (0.5% of the starting balance per day).

Restricted Trading Profits

• Any profits earned from trades executed during restricted times will be removedwhen you request a payout.

Persistent News Trading Violations

• Repeated news trading during multiple payout periods or the evaluation period, despite warnings, may result in ATFunded breaching your earnings account or evaluation account.

Trade Holding Time

• At least 50% of your trades must be held for more than 1 minute.

Challenge Breach Suspension

• If you breach 5 challenges within a one-month period, you will be suspended from purchasing for 1 month.

• If you are suspended on three separate occasions, you will be permanently banned.

Funded Account Breach Suspension

• If you breach 3 funded accounts within a one-month period, you will be suspended from purchasing new challenges for one month.

• Repeated offenses will result in permanent suspension.

Reverse Trading

• Executing a buy trade on one demo account while placing a sell trade on another demo account is not allowed.

• Group hedging, where traders coordinate opposing positions across one or more prop firms to minimize risk, is strictly prohibited.

Copy Trading

• Copying trades undermines the evaluation of individual skills and does not reflect a trader’s own abilities, which is essential in a prop firm environment.

Arbitrage

• This strategy exploits price differences across markets or exchanges and is prohibited as it relies on system inefficiencies rather than trading skills.

High-Frequency Trading (HFT)

• Using algorithms to execute trades at high speeds is not allowed.

Tick Scalping

• This strategy involves making quick trades to profit from minor price changesand is prohibited.

Payout Policy

• Payouts are processed every 14 days.

• We require a minimum of 5 trades during each pay period. Minimum trades is the number of trades required to be eligible for a payout. A trade is any trade that is >80% of the largest trade size on the account. For example, if your largest trade has been 5 lots, then you will need to have at least four trades which are 4 lots or above to request a payout.
